I am more than happy to consult via telephone or email for a small fee, though I am more than willing to make house calls. Fees vary by distance, please don't hesitate to ask. For in person consultations I accept cash, check or debit/credit (for debit/credit there is a small fee).

I will provide you with a "Super Bill" with fees paid and services rendered for you to submit to your insurance company (Sorry, I am not in network with insurances, and do not deal directly with any companies as I am an LLC, that is the client's responsibility for obtaining reimbursement from their insurance.), with the ACA most, if not all, insurance companies reimburse at least a portion of the client's out of pocket cost.

 I currently have in my possession a Medela Baby Weigh II scale made specifically for weighing infants before & after feeds I bring with me to each and every visit. I send two forms/questionnaires prior to our visit for you to fill out and email back to me beforehand.  I will take notes and ask for a personal medical history for evaluation purposes only. All information you give to me is PRIVATE and will not be shared unless you sign consent for me to write a letter to your MD regarding more specific needs and follow up procedures/exams.
